Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans may change, and we strive to make the cancellation and refund process simple and transparent for our customers. Below are the terms of our policy for our services in Varanasi:
1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations Made immediately after placing the order or 48 Hours or More Before the Scheduled Service: Full refund will be provided.
Cancellations Made 24 Hours Before the Scheduled Service: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours Before the Scheduled Service: No refund will be provided.

2. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 2-7 business days after confirmation of cancellation.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or missed services due to delays caused by customers.
In case of service disruption due to bad weather or technical issues, we will either reschedule the service or issue a full refund.
4. Modifications to Bookings
Modifications to bookings are allowed immediately after placing the order or up to 24 hours before the scheduled service, subject to availability.
